This hotel is okay.
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, decent food, plenty of free parking and fairly easy to get to. I stayed here for work.
The location is on a business park, so not exactly scenic but quite handily located.
Areas for improvement would be:
- My room was very cold - on the ground floor, and the heating on the room never really warmed it up.
- With he (tablet based) food ordering system, if I want to charge meals to my room, a member of staff has to come over to authorise it and it seems they don't always see that they've been called, so you might wait a long time.
That said, the food and breakfast were decent and there was a good variety for breakfast - some additional fruit would make it even better.
- The rooms could do with a little TLC - replacing dead light bulbs and fixing sliding doors that don't slide for example.
But in all a good place to stay that would be even better if they could address a few small niggles.

Great location for us. Breakfast is good, buffet style. Rooms comfy and clean. Service okay, just sometimes a wait as there is only 1 person on reception.

I was here in this hotel for more than one month.
Vitali, Libby and Michael are working exceptionally well.
They were always dedicated during their shift.
They should deserve better.
Except above three faced some ignorant incidents at the reception.

Rooms were v dark, all bedside lamps, no ceiling lights. unsure if it is an love hotel or business hotel.
Rooms were freezing cold, tried to tell the counter staff but was told firmly that it is working. They didn't even bother to go up and check.
Counter staff very grumpy, like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed daily.
Nothing to rave about this holiday inn. Maybe except for their breakfast which was nice.

Room was lovely we had a premium room, very clean, big walk in shower, tea coffee, fridge, all there. Breakfast was a help yourself very nice plenty of choice. Dog friendly. Our only negative was that reception check in wasnt very welcoming and then we wanted a coffee when we got there lateish ( 7.00pm), very wet after a 3 and a half hour drive. Nobody on bar areas, and when she arrived, we were ignored so didn't have coffee. Nobody there in the morning to show us to table there were several guests just wondering round wondering what to do. There was a gentleman on catering duty ( he spoke with a Polish accent?) He was quote friendly but other staff looked miserable. We would stay again because it's a lovely hotel and well situated, but management need to value and motivate there team! Not a complaint just observations.

Unfortunately Leamington has not much to offer in terms of hotel accomodations so you have to take what the market has to offer.
The location is not too bad as it’s just 7/8 minutes drive from the Parade (basically the city centre) but the hotel itself is a bit tired. The rooms need a general refurbishment as well as the bathroom which got no extractor fan leaving the room smelly all over the day (nope the windows can’t be opened).
General cleaning looks a bit rushed, never had the feeling the room was cleaned properly.
The lobby and the breakfast are good though.
Definitely not a hotel for long stays. Guest houses and apartments around the area offer higher standards.

Lovely stay. Quiet hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing for gluten free and for non gf, amazing choice. Would recommend highly we will be back.

Do not book if you are expecting to charge your EV overnight!
We booked this hotel on the basis it had EV chargers so when we checked in and were told they aren’t installed yet - you can imagine how we felt 😡 Apparently the hotel has been in conversations with head office for a few months and it’s still not resolved therefore this facility needs to be removed from your website until they are up and running.
Staff at reception were brilliant, we had to move rooms as the air con had broken and you couldn’t open the window so it was very hot - it was all such a disaster! We did get a comfortable nights sleep though and a delicious breakfast!
Not sure I would book again 🤣

We got a suite for 4 of us, it was quiet. The room came with a 'stocked minibar' this consisted of a can of coke, a bottle of water and a mars bar, for two adults and 2 young children. The bathroom could have done with a bit of maintenance

The staff were really pleasant, which made a very enjoyable stay. We had a lovely meal on Saturday evening. The special was recommended and did not disappoint.

Our first time staying with you at you're lovely Hotel we were with a coach party D. J Thomas from South Wales, I cannot thank you and all of you're hard working staff from reception , dining room and house keeping for making our stay so enjoyable also you're food menu was lovely, I hope we get a chance to visit you again in the not to distant future bless you all . Overall we had a pleasant overnight stay. The standard room & ensuite was clean. The evening meal was superb but the breakfast left a little to be desired - choice excellent but cooked food was not very warm. My only real complaint was on the table next to us at breakfast time was a couple with 2 dogs who were being fed the cooked breakfast on guest plates under the table ....... I'm certainly not anti dogs but feel there is a time & place for them! Finally, the outside grounds & seating area was extremely tired & full of cigarette butts.

Het hotel is gelegen op een industrieterrein, ruim gratis parkeergelegenheid.
Het Hotel kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken en de schoonmaak in de algemene ruimtes kan beter.
Als je het hotel binnenkomt ruikt het niet prettig.
De airco werkt maar maakt veel herrie.
Het bed vonden wij erg smal, denk een twijfelaar.

I have to stay away for work, and that novelty wears off quickly, but I look forward to my bi weekly stays here. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming, and genuinely can't do enough for you.
A few visits in now, and it's lovely being on first name terms and feeling a bit more than just a guest.
I always find the food spot on, the chefs specials are actually cooked up, not heated from a tub!
On the most recent visit of three days, there was some sick leave and I saw Dimple (name as awesome as her service) every morning and evening I was there and was still smiling, checking everything was ok, so a massive thanks to her especially, but all the team.
